What is the reserved area in Reem portal ?

It’s a specific area where only accredited ESCOs with Ras Al Khaimah Municipality can access, to share information pertinent to the accreditation process itself and the related initiatives promoted by the Municipality.

What information is accessible in the reserved area in Reem portal?

Ras Al Khaimah Municipality uses this reserved area to communicate with the accredited ESCOs on updates to the accreditation process, upcoming retrofit projects suitable for accredited ESCOs, and any other relevant information concerning any initiative related to retrofits, ESCOs or the process itself.

Accredited ESCOs can also use this reserved area to share information and documents with Ras Al Khaimah Municipality, namely the documentation package required for renewal of their accreditation with the Municipality, an annual report on the performance of the retrofit projects executed by the ESCO in Ras Al Khaimah, and any other relevant information concerning retrofits, ongoing projects or the process itself.

Who can access the reserved area in Reem portal?

Only accredited ESCOs with Ras Al Khaimah Municipality can access the reserved area. These accredited ESCOs receive login credentials (Username and Password) to access it.

How can my company become an accredited ESCO with Ras Al Khaimah Municipality?

The Accreditation Process document can be found here. Once you have become an accredited ESCO with Ras Al Khaimah Municipality you will be granted access to the reserved area in Reem portal.

My company is an accredited ESCO with Ras Al Khaimah Municipality but we don’t have login credentials for the reserved area in Reem portal.

Please contact directly eer@mun.rak.ae with a summary of the problem and Reem Office will provide a solution to access the reserved area of Reem portal.

Can more than one person from each ESCO login to the reserved area in Reem portal?

Any person from the accredited ESCO can access the reserved area in Reem portal, but sharing the common login credentials shared with the ESCO. It’s the ESCO’s responsibility to ensure no unauthorised persons have access to the credentials.

Additional set of login credentials are not available for each accredited ESCO, who will have to use the common set of login credentials shared by Reem Office.
