برنامج “أبسكيل” للتدريب على الطاقة المستدامة مصمم لتوسيع القدرات والخبرات في مجال كفاءة الطاقة والطاقة المتجددة في رأس الخيمة. يشمل البرنامج تدريبات وشهادات وورش عمل تقدمها جهات تدريب محلية ودولية ذات سمعة جيدة. يعمل “أبسكيل” كمنصة لسكان ومحترفي وطلاب رأس الخيمة للوصول إلى خصومات خاصة يمكن الاستفادة منها عند حجز الدورات مع مقدمي التدريب المختارين. جميع الدورات تُدار تشغيلياً من قبل مقدمي التدريب، ويقوم مكتب ريم بدور الوسيط فقط دون أي مقابل مالي.
