To access the reserved area in the Users Portal of the website, you need to be an accredited ESCO with Ras Al Khaimah Municipality. Login credentials (Username and Password) are provided by Reem Office to each accredited ESCO when the accreditation is granted, and are respective to the ESCO itself and not a particular person in the company. This means each Accredited ESCO only have one set of login credentials to access the reserved area in the Users Portal.
The password for the respective login account of each accredited ESCO will require regular updates for security purposes. A link for password update is available within the reserved area in the portal, so that accredited ESCOs can update their password when needed.

If you are not an accredited ESCO with Ras Al Khaimah Municipality but wish to become one, the Accreditation Process document can be found here. Once you have become an accredited ESCO with Ras Al Khaimah Municipality you will be granted access to the reserved area in the Users Portal.
